Musselman looks loaded for

Musselman looks loaded for bear, won Oak Glen but Bridgeport went 4-0 in pool play before losing to Musselman in the championship. The Indians are now 9-1 after sweeping Philip Barbour Tuesday. They look for real.

RCB's Emily Wymer is a monster hitter as well and the Eagles could be tournament contenders as well by the end of the season.

From what I hear, Charleston

From what I hear, Charleston Catholic is a very good team. Has talent but more impressive is their teamwork and knowldge. Other than Greater Beckley that returns their entire team (including the Fritz girl who will definately be playing at the next level)and Wirt I think it is Catholic's to lose.

Coach Harnish will have his girls ready...always does..and they return the Lowers girl who is a very good player. Mussleman is always tough and GW can be a team to contend with if they pull it together...very young..but have the tall Shreves girl in the middle and another tall front row player back. From what I hear, I would agree with WVU42 about Woodrow Wilson. I think they only lost one senior and had a very strong front row with the big #33 who is a strong hitter. I also remember they had a couple sophomores that were very athletic (#4?) and two freshman last year that were impressive...a tall middle and a very impressive back row player (#10?). Not heard much about Spring Valley or Greenbrier East but they seem to always have good teams.

Anyone know much about up north?

Woodrow Wilson Labor Day Weekend Tournament

Charleston Catholic defeated Woodrow Wilson in the finals, after defeating Spring Valley in the semi-finals. In pool play, Catholic defeated Spring Valley, Greenbrier East and Huntington, and split with GW. Catholic, the defending Class A champions, was the only non-AAA school in the tournament.

Congrats CC big big wins

Congrats CC big big wins against Class AAA.

PHS and Musselman will be the

PHS and Musselman will be the teams to watch. PHS finished 2nd in Lexinton, KY and Musselman won at Oak Glen. Woodrow Wilson looks to have a strong team as well.
