sectional and regional predictions

Alright enough of the individual debate, what are your predictions for who is coming out of each of the sections and regions in all three classes? Does anyone know how the state tournament seeding is selected?? Do they pull out of a hat or rotate it secretly? I think they used to rotate region vs. region with everyone knowing in advance but how do they do it now? I think it would be a shame to have the two loaded AA regions matching up early (region I/II) they have the 4 top ranked teams!

AA:
Don't look past Tyler or Roane in Region 1. They are always well coached and come together at the end of the season. It should be a real battle with Oak Glen and Ritchie.

Region 1 and Region 2 will be great matches to watch and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top!

IN AAA:

WOW!! Region IV is CRAZY! There are some very solid teams and its a shame that they all will not get their chance in Charleston.

A:

Doddridge has looked tough all year. Samantha Bailey and company will be most likely to bring home a state championship.
