North Marion at Princeton for scrimmage

North traveled to Princeton to take on the Lady Tigers yesterday. The Huskies and the Tigers battled for six varsity quarters and four junior varsity quarters. North started out slow winning the first twenty minute session by two. The second twenty minute mini game the Huskies came out shooting the ball well and running the break like they should, which led them to a 22 point win. In the Varsitys last 20 minutes North jumped out to a double digit lead and held on to win by five while playing mostly JV players against Princetons Varsity for whatever reason.

The Huskies JV won both of their 20 minutes contests and played good at times.

I thought Princeton had a really nice club and are comparable to North in the way they play. The Tigers will be a factor in MSAC this year.
