Jefferson - Eagles game

What a tale of two halves. We played great in the first half and in the second its like we never came outt of the locker room. Marshall scores 6 and we still get beat by 20 plus. I think our girls are lacking confidence and I dont know why. We beat good teams in Florida and came back and lost to teams not as good as ones we beat. I am sorry,but I am not impressed with Jefferson.

But it seemed like we came out flat in the second half and were unsure what to do offensively when they attacked our guards. It was a good adjustment. Diehl is probably the best coach in our area.I am just surprised she didn;t pressure us more earlier.I am not counting us out yet either.Coach has his work cut out.

Was this a case of good half time adjustments by Diehl? I wasn't at the game but it seems they put some pressure on forcing 28? turnovers then went back to the halfcourt set. Plus, Dezi obviously stepping up on offence w/ 28 pts. helps! If I'm right, I think the same thing happened when they played B. Springs. According to the Journal, they (B.S.) were up at the half and they (Jeff.) came out with pressure and ended up winning by 20. But it's a long season and the ville will get it together and I can't wait to see Jefferson and Martinsburg. Jefferson @ Mussleman could be interesting too. I'm not counting them out just yet.
